The Cornish Trader: a 30″ gaff rigged ketch, built on the same hull as Cornish Crabbers present pilot cutter 30. Only six Cornish Traders were made of this design, the main two differences being two cockpits onboard, each with their own wheel steering, and the advantage of having a mizzen mast. The hull is built from GRP with bilge keels, and a centreboard. This boat also has wooden legs, and hence the underwater profile lends itself to river cruising and beaching.
