Overview
The 47 is available in various different configurations based on an owner’s preferences, but overall she is designed to be a capable offshore fishing boat for tournament anglers as well as a versatile platform for family day boating. She has modest yet comfortable overnight accommodations down below and her high bow, sportfish-style sheer lines and seaworthy, wave-splitting hull design will keep those onboard safe and dry.

With an 800 gallon fuel tank, onboard generator and diesel tank, optional Seakeeper, dual side dive doors and ample livewells and fishboxes she is an angler’s dream. An extremely spacious cockpit with an ergonomic layout, ample seating and plenty of creature comforts make this boat a top contender in the big center console market in 2023. A stand-out feature of the boat’s design is an optional molded faux teak toe rail, that gives her a classy touch and a yacht-like flair.
Power & Engine Packages

The 47 can accommodate a max horsepower of 2,400 with up to quad 600-HP Mercury V12 Verado outboard engines on her transom. She’s also available with quint Mercury 450 engines and triple outboard options as well. Make no mistake about it, the 47 is a fast boat that can keep up with some of the fastest fishing boats on the water. As a bare bones boat, she can easily achieve speeds of over 84 MPH, and equipped with a full tower she’s even been clocked at 77 MPH, fully rigged!
Cockpit & Fishing Features

The aft cockpit has a wide, spacious deck for battling big game fish and comes with a slew of standard features along with an array of options. From stainless steel rod holders and stern eyes, to twin 70 gallon livewells on the transom with insulated cooler boxes on either side, she is ready to fish and then some. There are also removable grates in the deck that can be popped off and cleaned easily, and great in-deck storage compartments.
The boat can be outfitted with a SeaDek floor system, Gemlux outriggers and a Lumitech light bar. Other fishing features include a transom rod rack, electric reel outlets, Gemlux swivel rod holders, Rupp Riggers, Teak rocket launder and an additional seachest, to name a few.

The helm of the Front Runner 47 can accommodate up to triple 24″ Garmins side-by-side, mounted flush into the dashboard. She can be outfitted with triple wide captains chairs, and a double row of helm station seats with the second row accommodating 4 adults, for a total of 7 seats under the T-top (or optional full tower). The helm features a raised helm deck allowing for greater visibility through her curved windshield.

Helm options include a Mercury VesselView System, triple Simrad NSO 24 Evo3 MFDs, a bow thruster, a dome 36-nautical-mile radar (or an open array 12KW radar), autopilot, FLIR camera and sounder box with H/L CHIRP.
Tower Options

On the 47 CC, Front Runner is offering either a Marlin Tower w/9-inch MFD and VHF radio, or an optional Tuna Tower (GAP) w/MFD and VHF. Either option will have you spotting fish from further away, bringing more sport fish yacht capability to this offshore blue water titan.
Cabin Interior

Below the console she can house an air-conditioned cabin with an enclosed wet head (including an electric flush toilet with macerator), convertible dinette that turns into a double berth and a mini galley with sink, refrigerator and microwave. Front Runner also offers an optional cabin entertainment center and LED courtesy lights. This is a really nicely appointed and finished cabin given it is a center console boat, and it transforms what would otherwise be a day boat built for offshore runs and back in one day, into a potential weekender, or at least, an overnighter when needed for longer fishing runs.
Bow Area & Passenger Capacity

The 47 offers ample forward lounge seating with starboard and port loungers up front and a large console lounger for up to 3 adults, making long days on the water comfortable for the whole family. Of course, she can also be rigged as more of a barebones, fish-centric set up for the die hard anglers. The bow offers storage and a windlass anchor w/chain. Front Runner offers a premium sound system on the 47 center console with 8 gunwale speakers, 2 Subs & 2 amps, plus an optional upgrade with two 7.7’s and a 500/3 JL amp along with a 10″ Sub.
