Sportsman Open 232

For the new model year Sportsman has taken a fresh look at 23-foot center console fishing boats, and adds some cool perks. Our favorite: a 25-gallon aquarium-style livewell with a clear front for viewing your bait or your catch as it swims around. This is always a hit when kids are aboard, and from an angling perspective allows you to observe the health of your livies. The boat is also primed for “sandbar mode” when the bite is slow, with a filler that turns the bow seating into a sunpad, a Garmin Fusion audio system, and a fold-out transom seat. Most important, this model is equipped with the Seakeeper Ride vessel attitude control system to keep the ride as smooth and even as the most modern tech can make it.
